Properties: White crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless, stable in air. Insoluble in water and ethanol, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetic acid. When heated above 75℃, it loses water and turns into anhydrous calcium phosphate; when strongly heated, it turns into calcium pyrophosphate.

Dosage:
In accordance with GB2760, GB14880 and ADI standards. As a leavening agent, it can be used in biscuits and infant formula food at 1.0g/kg.
