It is readily soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol. The theoretical calcium content of this product is 22.7%.
Product application: Calcium fortifier, chelating agent, stabilisateur, mold inhibitor, buffer, flavor enhancer, preservative, curing agent, nutritional fortifier, PH regulator, processing aid, can be used in vinegar, etc. Amidon: Inner PE bag, outer plastic woven bag. Storage and transportation: It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated and clean warehouse, handled with care, and protected from moisture and heat.
