Hartanah: White crystalline powder or granules, odorless, bitter in taste. Slightly hygroscopic, readily soluble in hot water, insoluble in ethanol, ether and chloroform. It features high solubility, fast dissolution rate, high bioavailability and pleasant taste. Widely used in dairy products, beverages, food and other fields.
Product Usage:
Calcium lactate is a calcium supplement. It has the functions of promoting the calcification and formation of bones and teeth, maintaining the normal excitability of nerves and muscles, and reducing the permeability of capillaries. It can be used as a leavening agent and buffer in bread fermentation powder; as a calcium fortifier, it can also be used in bread, pastries, noodles, commercial milk powder, tofu, bean paste, pickled products, dan lain-lain.
Product dosage:
1. For use in infant and toddler food, the dosage is 23 to 46 grams per kilogram.
2. In cereals and their products, the dosage is 12 to 24 grams per kilogram.
3. In beverages and milk drinks, the dosage is 3 to 6 grams per kilogram.
