It has lower cost and is mainly used in mid-range and low-end coatings, such as general engineering paints and interior wall paints, and is commonly classified as mica powder for paints applications.
From a technical specification perspective, whiteness is generally required to be ≥ 65.0%.
Particle fineness should be properly selected, and oil absorption value should also be considered, as it affects viscosity and flowability.
