Usage Method

Formula development: As a formulator, please add salicylic acid at an appropriate concentration based on the target product type and the regulations of the target market. Usually, salicylic acid needs to be neutralized or formulated to a specific pH value to optimize efficacy and minimize irritation. Stability tests and compatibility tests must be conducted.

End user of the finished product:

Gradual approach: If you are new to salicylic acid, please use it 2-3 times a week at first to assess your skin’s tolerance.

Cleaning: Apply the product to clean and dry skin.

Follow the instructions for use: Please strictly follow the instructions on the product label (for example, “Apply a thin layer”, “Use once or twice a day”).
