Propriétés: Blue-green crystals or granules, Acésulfame de potassium, slightly salty, astringent. It is prone to decomposition in dry air and gradually oxidizes in moist air, forming yellowish-brown alkaline ferric sulfate. The anhydrous form is a white powder that turns blue-green when reacting with water. Insoluble in ethanol. It can coagulate proteins and has astringent and preservative effects.

Storage and transportation: The packaging should be kept intact. Store in a dry, well-ventilated and clean warehouse, protected from water and moisture. It should be stored separately from toxic substances. The shelf life of this product is two years.
