Propiedades: Calcium dihydrogen phosphate is colorless or white triclinic crystals or powder. It dissolves in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute nitric acid and dilute acetic acid, is hygroscopic, Ligeramente soluble en agua, and its aqueous solution is acidic. It is almost insoluble in ethanol.

Product uses:

Water retention agent; Buffering agent; Dough conditioner; Hardening agent; Leavening agent; Nutritional supplement; Yeast food; Chelating agent; Antioxidant enhancer; Texture improver.
Dosage:
For bread, Subir Papaya, and baking powder, the dosage is 4.0g/kg (calculated as phosphoric acid); for solid beverages, it is 8.0g/kg; for wheat flour, it can be used in appropriate amounts as needed for production; in feed, the addition rate is generally 1% to 2%.
