Propiedades: White flaky or granular powder, readily soluble in water, Ligeramente soluble en etanol, with a slightly sweet taste. Calcium glycinate is a new generation of calcium nutritional fortifiers in today’s society. It is a glycine complex of calcium and has a chelating structure substance with stable chemical structure, good water solubility and high absorption rate. Experimental verification shows that its surface absorption rate is 6% higher than that of calcium lactate.
Product application: Fortification range in food additives: Calcium glycinate can be fortification in dairy products, solid beverages, grain-based health products, table salt and other foods. It can be used as a new type of calcium supplement and is more easily absorbed by the human body than other calcium supplements.
